Alec’s Training Tip of the Month
"Consider being more aware of your reactions to your dog’s behavior. For example, if your dog is flailing about and barking up a storm at feeding time, instead of putting their food down, simply wait until he calms down. By doing so you have just taught your dog that calm behavior gets the food presented to him instead of his usual hyper activity.
Keep this thought in mind as you go about your day with your dog, and always reward good behavior. Then you will be sure to get more of the desired behavior in the future."

Diane’s Grooming Tip of the Month
"When bathing a dog, you can use a moist washcloth to rinse their face and help keep any soap out of their eyes."
