Tens of thousands of animals are euthanized every year in Los Angeles.  4 to 6 million pets are euthanized every year in the United States.  New Leash On Life is doing what it can to make Los Angeles a no-kill city and bring about awareness of the pet overpopulation problem to the public.

We provide information and assistance to the public so they are better informed and can assist in bringing about a time when homeless animals are no longer being destroyed in shelters.
